What areas do you serve?
We currently operate across Greater Accra and surrounding regions. Our network includes farms within a 150km radius to ensure freshness and reduce transit time.
What's your minimum order size?
For wholesale buyers, we require a minimum of 10 mixed cases per delivery. Restaurants and smaller operations can build custom boxes starting from 5 cases.
How do you ensure product quality?
Every farm partner is audited quarterly. We track cold-chain compliance, use GPS-enabled reefer trucks, and provide real-time quality alerts. All produce is graded at source.
Can I customize my delivery schedule?
Absolutely. Set up recurring orders on your preferred days or place one-time orders with 48-hour notice. We offer morning and afternoon delivery windows.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and invoice with net-30 terms for established accounts. All transactions are secured and transparent through our platform.
