At launch, we're focusing on Accra and surrounding areas within 200km of verified farms. We're actively mapping farms and delivery routes for expansion to Kumasi and other regions in 2025.

Once we launch, you'll be able to browse our catalog online, select produce from verified farms, choose your delivery window, and track your order in real-time. Early access members will receive instructions via email.

We're designed for wholesale and institutional buyers. Minimum order will be GH₵500 to ensure efficient cold-chain logistics. For individual consumers, we recommend checking back in late 2025 when we expand to retail orders.

Yes! Our platform shows you which farms are supplying each item. You can filter by farm, certification type, or specialty. All farms are verified and audited quarterly for quality standards.

Our target is harvest-to-door in under 12 hours. Produce is harvested at 4-6 AM, packed with temperature monitoring, and delivered the same day. You'll receive real-time GPS tracking for every shipment.

All produce is transported in reefer trucks maintaining 2-4°C from farm gate to delivery. Every container has GPS tracking and temperature sensors. If temperature thresholds are breached, you're notified immediately and can refuse delivery.

We have a quality guarantee. If produce doesn't meet our standards at delivery, you can refuse the shipment or specific items. We'll issue a full credit or refund within 24 hours. All farms are graded based on quality metrics.

Yes! Restaurants and institutions can set up weekly or bi-weekly standing orders. You'll have flexibility to modify quantities or skip deliveries as needed through our dashboard.

Visit our Partner Farms page and click "Apply Now" to submit your farm details. Our team reviews applications within 2-3 business days. We look for farms with consistent quality, sustainable practices, and capacity for cold-chain compliance.

Partner farms must:

• Be within 200km of Accra or Kumasi
• Meet our quality and safety standards
• Have consistent weekly capacity
• Comply with cold-chain handling procedures
• Allow quarterly audits and inspections

Farms receive payment immediately upon successful delivery via mobile money or bank transfer. Pricing is transparent and set above market rates to ensure fair compensation for quality and cold-chain compliance.

Our pricing is based on farm gate costs plus cold-chain logistics. We publish transparent pricing that reflects true costs while ensuring farmers receive fair compensation. Bulk buyers get volume discounts.

Delivery is free for orders above GH₵2,000. For orders between GH₵500-2,000, there's a flat GH₵50 delivery fee to cover cold-chain logistics. All pricing will be finalized before launch.

Yes, verified institutions and restaurants can apply for net-30 payment terms after an initial trial period. Contact our business team for details on institutional pricing and payment arrangements.
